Executive Committee
The role of the Bayer CropScience Executive Committee is to successfully steer our global business activities through effective sharing of responsibilities. The Executive Committee is made up of the heads of the five global functions: Research, Development, Industrial Operations, Business Planning & Administration and Portfolio Management as well as the heads of the business operations units (four regional crop protection units and two units responsible for Environmental Science and BioScience).

It manages the company with worldwide responsibility for economic success and development of the crop science business. The Board develops the framework for the activities of the organizational units with the aim to consistently increase corporate value and meet the Bayer CropScience targets.
