| After years of successful collaboration, US-based legacy company Gustafson LLC became 100 percent part of the Bayer CropScience family in March 2004, following an acquisition of 50 percent interest in 1998. Founded in 1926, Gustafson had a long history in the seed treatment market. For more than 70 years, the company developed, improved, manufactured and marketed seed treatment products and application machinery that provided practical, profitable solutions. As an inventor company, we continue to focus our activities on producing the highest quality application machinery for the seed treatment industry.
