Vector and locust control

Bayer Environmental Science provides a range of products for professional use in the control of insects and others pests which act as vectors and are responsible for the transmission of numerous diseases such as malaria, sleeping sickness, chagas, yellow fever, dengue, encephalitis, filariasis and schistosomiasis. There are also effective products for the control of nuisance mosquitoes in urban areas as well as for locust & grasshopper control.

Vector control means the use of products for the prevention or control of the vectors of diseases of humans including malaria, dengue and chagas disease. Vector control also includes the use of insecticides for personal protection such as impregnated bed nets.
